What you'll hear about
- Your registration — welcome, confirmation, and anything the club needs you to change.
- Payments — receipts, payment links, failed payments and refunds.
- Your child's team — availability requests, reminders and messages from coaches.
- Camps and tickets — confirmations, balances and match-day information.
- Club news — if you've chosen to get it.
Important notices may also appear as a banner at the top of your dashboard.
Texts from ASCOTUTD
Most texts come from ASCOTUTD. You can't reply to these — use the link in the text instead. Some messages from coaches come from an ordinary mobile number, and you can reply to those.
Replying to emails
Some club emails come from a member of staff, and your reply goes straight to them. Others say "This message was sent from an unmonitored address. Please do not reply." — for those, see Contact us.
Choosing what you get
- Club news: choose Unsubscribe from club news at the bottom of any club news email, or turn it on or off in Edit My Details.
- Messages about your child's team, registration and payments always come to you. They're part of your child taking part.
- Holiday camp news and match-day updates: every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Texting STOP to the club only stops holiday camp marketing texts. To stop club news, use the unsubscribe link in a club news email or Edit My Details.
Keep your email and mobile number up to date in Edit My Details so messages reach you.
