A team registration includes season passes for the family to watch Ascot United's senior home games: one for you, one for each second parent or guardian, and one for each child.
Getting your passes
When your registration payment goes through, you'll get:
- an email Welcome to Ascot United FC — Your Season Tickets with a PDF for each pass, and
- a text with a link to all your family's passes.
You can also open them any time from your dashboard: choose Family Season Passes in the quick links.
A second parent or guardian is emailed the passes when they activate their own login.
Using them at the gate
- Everyone needs their own QR code. Each pass lets one person in once per match.
- Show the QR code on your phone or a printed PDF. Turning your screen brightness up helps it scan.
- Save the passes page to your phone so it's ready without signal — see Saving tickets to your phone.
Which games they cover
Season passes cover the club's home league games. Some matches, such as cup ties, may not accept season passes — the club will say so beforehand, and you can buy a ticket at the gate for those.
Academy registrations don't include season passes. Supporters can buy season tickets separately — see Season tickets and which games they cover.
