"Something went wrong"
This means the app hit an unexpected problem. Nothing you did caused it.
- Go back and try once more — many problems are temporary.
- If it happens again, try a different browser or device.
- If it keeps happening, contact [email protected]. Tell us what you were doing, which page you were on, and roughly what time it happened.
If it happened while paying, check your bank or card app before trying again, so you don't pay twice. See My payment failed.
"We'll be back shortly"
The app is briefly offline while we install an update — usually for a few minutes. The page refreshes by itself.
A page won't load or looks wrong
- Check your internet connection. On public Wi-Fi, you may need to accept the network's terms first.
- Update your phone's browser, and make sure your phone's date and time are set automatically.
- Close the tab and open the link again.
"You don't have access to that page"
You're signed in, but that page is for someone else — usually club staff. Choose Back to Dashboard.
