Your data and privacy

For everyoneApp version 11.8.197Updated 27 September 2026

The club's full privacy policy is in the app: choose Privacy Policy at the bottom of any page. This page is a short guide to it.

What the club keeps

  • About you: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, FA Number and your communication choices.
  • About your child: name, date of birth, photo, proof of age, medical notes and allergies, FA and membership numbers, playing day and team.
  • Payments: what was paid and when. Card details are handled by the payment providers (Stripe for online payments, SumUp for card readers at the gate) — the club never sees or stores them.

Medical information and photos of children are used with your consent. You can change photo consent at any time: on your dashboard choose Edit on your child's card.

Who it's shared with

Only the services the app needs to work — for example email and text message providers, the payment providers and the hosting service — and the FA, county FA and leagues for player registration.

Cookies

The app only sets its own cookies. They keep you signed in, remember a device you've chosen to trust for two-step login, and protect forms. If you open a link in a club email or text, a cookie records which message it was, so the club can see whether its messages are useful. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. The privacy policy lists each cookie and how long it lasts.

What you can change yourself

  • Your contact details and club news choice — Edit My Details.
  • Your child's details and photo consent — Edit on your child's card.
  • Camp and match-day marketing — use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails.

Asking for a copy, a correction or deletion

Email the club's data protection contact, [email protected]. The club will reply within one month. Some records have to be kept for a while — for example FA registration, safeguarding and financial records.

If you're not happy with how the club handles your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
