Days
Every day is ticked to start with. Untick any days your child won't come. If a week is fully booked on every day, the full-week price applies automatically; otherwise you pay the day price for each day.
Days that are full are greyed out with Fully booked. Days that have already happened show Already taken place.
Early drop-off and late collection
Where the camp offers them, tick Early drop-off or Late collection under each day you need. The fee is per child, per day, for each one — so early drop-off and late collection on the same day are charged twice. The times are shown next to each option.
Hot lunch
Where the camp offers hot lunches, each day has a short menu. Choose one, or leave I will bring my own lunch selected. Every menu choice costs the same.
The caterer's list for each day goes out at 8am, so hot lunch for today can't be booked after 8am. Please send a packed lunch.
Changing your mind after booking
You can add days, lunches and extended care after booking, up to 8am on the day — see Changing your booking. To take something away, contact the club.
