Finding a camp
Choose Camps in the menu at the top of any page. Each camp shows its dates, venue, times and prices. A camp marked Spaces filling fast has days that are nearly full; Fully booked means every day is full.
Booking
- Choose the camp. If you're not signed in, you'll be asked to — new to camps? Choose Create a quick account (see Camp-only accounts).
- Select Child(ren) — tick each child you're booking. Children booked together share the same days and one payment.
- Select Days — untick any days they won't come. Add early drop-off, late collection or a hot lunch if you'd like (see Choosing days, hot lunch and extended care).
- Answer the photo and media consent question and, if shown, accept the camp's terms.
- Enter a discount code if you have one.
- Choose Continue to Payment and pay on the secure Stripe page.
When the payment goes through you'll see Booking Confirmed! and get a confirmation email with your booking reference, days and extras.
Prices
- Camps have a day price and usually a cheaper full-week price, which applies automatically when a child is booked on every day of a week.
- Families with a child registered to play for the club get the member price, where the camp has one.
- A discount code is taken off before you pay and shown on your confirmation.
Good to know
- Days that have already happened can't be booked — they show Already taken place.
- While you're paying, your child's place is held for about half an hour. If you leave the payment page and come back later, the place may have gone.
- Hot lunch for today can only be booked before 8am.
- If something goes wrong on the form, your choices are kept so you can fix it and carry on.
- Just above the payment button, untick Email or text me about future holiday camps if you'd rather not hear about them. You can also unsubscribe from any camp email.
