You can stop marketing messages at any time. You'll still get messages about things you've bought or booked — your tickets, bookings and payments.
Season ticket and match-day updates
Emails to season ticket holders and Taster Pass holders have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Texts have an Opt out link.
- Open the link. You'll see Season Ticket Updates or Match-day Updates.
- Choose Unsubscribe.
This stops those updates for every ticket linked to that email address or mobile. Changed your mind? Open the same link and choose Resubscribe.
Holiday camp marketing
Emails about upcoming camps have an Unsubscribe from camp marketing link at the bottom. Open it and choose Yes, unsubscribe me — this stops both camp emails and texts. You'll still get messages about a camp you've booked.
When you book a camp, you can also untick Email or text me about future holiday camps.
Club news
Every club news email has an Unsubscribe from club news link at the bottom. Open it and choose Unsubscribe from club news — you can subscribe again from the same page. Second parents and guardians can use it for their own club news too.
If you have a club account, you can also turn Club News & Updates on or off in Edit My Details — see Updating your details.
