Registering takes about ten minutes if you have these to hand.
About you
- Your email address and mobile number — the club uses these for payment links, match-day messages and availability requests.
- Your address and date of birth.
- Your FA Number (FAN), if you have one. It's optional, but it helps the club link you to your child on the FA's Whole Game System.
- A password of at least 8 characters, if this is your first registration.
About each child
- Their full name and date of birth. The date of birth decides their age group.
- A passport-style headshot photo — a clear, front-facing photo.
- A passport or birth certificate (team registrations). The club needs proof of age for league registration.
- Their FA Number (FAN) if they've played before (optional).
- Any medical needs or allergies the coaches should know about.
- Your decision on photo and media consent.
Photos and documents can be JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP or TIFF images, or a PDF for documents, up to 25MB each. A clear photo from your phone is fine.
If you don't have the ID document to hand, you can still register and add it later. Your child's card will show No ID until you do — choose Edit on the card to upload it.
To pay
A debit or credit card. Payments are handled securely by Stripe — the club never sees your card details. Depending on the fee, you may be able to pay monthly. See Paying in full or by instalments.
