Have your QR code ready
Open your ticket, season pass or Taster Pass on your phone before you reach the front of the queue, and turn the screen brightness up. Each person needs their own QR code. A printed copy works too.
If the QR won't scan, the gate staff can type in the 12-character code shown under it.
Paying at the gate
You can buy a ticket at the gate on match day — by card, on the club's card reader. If you'd like the ticket sent to you, give the gate staff your mobile or email; otherwise you're simply let in.
Forgotten your season pass?
Season ticket holders without their phone can give their name at the gate. The staff can look up your season ticket and let you in.
