What the fee depends on
- Teams: the age group and playing day — Saturday, Sunday or both. Some teams have their own fee (for example ones that include extra kit).
- Academies: the term you're paying for.
The form shows the fee for each child before you pay. Nothing is charged until you complete the Stripe payment page.
Discount codes
If the club has given you a code:
- On the Fees step, enter it under Have a discount code? and apply it.
- The new total is shown before you pay.
You can also use a code when you Resume Payment from your dashboard. Codes are set up for a particular season, and may have an end date or a limited number of uses. If yours isn't accepted you'll see "That discount code is invalid or has expired." — check the spelling, then contact the club.
If a code covers the whole fee, there's nothing to pay: your registration goes straight through.
Late registration fee
For team registrations the club may set a date after which a late fee is added to each player's fee. If it applies, it's included in the fee shown before you pay. Academy registrations don't have a late fee.
If the club sends you a new payment link
Sometimes the club emails you a fresh link to pay — for example after changing your child's age group. The amount is worked out again, but:
- a discount code you used when you registered is applied again automatically, and
- the late fee is only included if you first registered after the late-registration date.
