Paying an extra fee or a fine

For parentsApp version 11.8.197Updated 2 October 2026

Extra fees

Sometimes there's a one-off fee on top of the registration — for example for joining a second team. It doesn't change your child's registration.

  1. You'll get an email Payment request — {your child's name} with what it's for and the amount.
  2. Choose Pay now.
  3. On Complete payment, choose Pay in full, or Pay monthly if that's offered, and pay on the secure Stripe page.

Unpaid extra fees are also listed on your My Payments page with a Pay button.

If it hasn't been paid, the club may send a reminder, Reminder: payment still to make — {your child's name}, sometimes by text too. It has the same payment link as the first email. If you've already paid the club another way, let them know.

If you close the payment page without paying, choose Try payment again.

If the club cancels an extra fee, its link says there's nothing to pay and it no longer shows on My Payments.

Fines

If a player gets a fine from the league — for example for a yellow or red card — the club may ask you to pay it.

  1. You'll get an email Ascot United FC — fine {reference} (£{amount}) with the details.
  2. Choose the pay button in the email and pay on the secure Stripe page.

Fines for your children are also listed on My Payments, showing whether each one is paid, with a Pay button if it isn't.
